The ERP Executive will lead the end-to-end implementation of ERP, ensuring seamless data migration, system customization, and real-time reporting across departments like Production, Inventory, Sales, and Finance. The role demands strong hands-on experience in ERP modules, strong process understanding, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external implementation partners.
1. End-to-End ERP Implementation
Configure, customize, and deploy ERP modules tailored to our manufacturing workflows and Industry compliance requirements. Align ERP functionalities with production, inventory, finance, sales, and procurement operations. Be part of the ERP implementation team. At the end of the implementation and test run, take ownership of the ERP system (ERPNext), and ensure that the system runs perfectly without glitches.
2. Cross-Department Collaboration and Training & User Support
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand changing requirements and proactively suggest system enhancements. Serve as a SPOC for ERP-related support & conduct hands-on training sessions for employees across departments.
3. Process Design & Optimization
Continue to work closely with the ERP implementation partner interacting on the emerging needs of the business processes, system workflows, and configuration methodologies during the implementation phase and after. Manage, maintain, and continuously improve the ERP system by modifying existing code or developing new functionalities as required. Ensure smooth integration of new features and modules without disrupting existing processes. Troubleshoot system issues, identify root causes, and implement effective fixes in a timely manner.
4. Reporting & Dashboards
Design and maintain real-time dashboards and automated reports to help management monitor performance, resource utilization, and process efficiency.
5. Documentation & System Maintenance
Maintain updated documentation for workflows, customizations, and user manuals. Troubleshoot system errors, perform updates, and coordinate with ERP vendors as needed.
Maintain proper documentation of all customizations, developments, and process changes.
